We strongly believe in giving back to our communities and we are proud to be involved with Mission K9 Rescue. This is one of several organizations that we support. As a business, we donate 10% of our profits to various charitable causes.
Mission K9 Rescue re-homes retired Military and Contract Working Dogs after their service in areas of conflict as well as re-homing retired Police K9's. One of MindXtract's founders is a Volunter K9 Handler and transporter and has adopted a Retired Explosives Detection Dog from Mission K9.
The video below is a great example of how Mission K9 Rescue changes lives for both dogs and humans. The story below involves Deputy Finley who was shot in the line of duty and suffered a traumatic brain injury. His K9 Furax, was moved from place to place for 6 years and ended up in poor health.
Mission K9 Rescue saved Furax, rehabilitated him and then reunited him with Deputy Finley who had also spent the last 6 years in intensive therapy recovering from his brain injury.
